Returns and exchanges are offered within 7 days of delivery of your order. Items must show no sign of use, wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or any other damage. Manufacturing defects are exempt.
A return shipping label will be provided, however it is the customers responsibility to ensure proper packaging of the returned item. Port Hopper will not be accountable for damage and loss caused by improperly mailed merchandise.
